1st round
20sec work/ 10sec rest, 8 sets each station.
Two exercises each station, total body, alternate exercises at the station each set.
- Landmine shoulder toss/ medball chest pass
- Kettlebell swings / Alternating box jumps
- Assisted pull-ups (wide grip)/ push ups
- Goblet squat / Dumbbell push press
- Core roll outs / sprint mountain climbers
- ONE MINUTE REST BEFORE SECOND ROUND
Notes: Each working set should be all out effort. If needed reduce weight to complete whole 20sec. Be sure to maintain proper technique on all exercises.
